Kincardine's first brewery, opened April 2018 by Meag Durkin and Michael Hueftlein (both Niagara College Brewmaster program graduates). No on-site food — patrons are encouraged to bring their own snacks or walk to neighbouring restaurants. The brewery has a 'Grey Matter Labs' weekly Thursday small-batch experimental release at 4pm. The six beers below are the current shop-page lineup as of the dataset date; Labs releases are not catalogued here because they rotate weekly.
